Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you need to return any items to us for any reason, let us know as soon as possible by emailing studio@lottiemutton.co.uk so we can expect your package. Please return your item to us within14 days from receipt for a refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods made to a customer’s specification, this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone, fabric and wallpaper orders, some seasonal items are also exempt.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable quality, this includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days.

Unless the product is faulty (see below), all goods returned for other reasons will be at the buyer’s expense.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We, therefore, strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained from the post office (free of charge) when returning any part of your order.
