Delivery and Returns
CLICK AND COLLECT FROM SHOPOrder online and we will email you when it is ready for collection. During lockdown we are open for collection Monday to Friday, 11am to 2pm.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free local delivery to CB10 and CB11 postcodes for orders over £20.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
From £6.50, 3 to 5 days and free over £100
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally the next working day.
If you need a quick delivery, please contact us by phone on 01799 522252 and we'll arrange a faster service for you.
From £25, up to 10 days depending on destination. Please note that standard international delivery is not available for all our products. However, if you need a quote for delivery outside the UK, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
LOSS AND DAMAGES
To minimise the possibility of breakages all items will be wrapped securely in recyclable packaging. Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on 01799 522252 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If, for any reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. If you have any questions or queries, or any specific delivery requirements (such as fast delivery within the UK), please let us know.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.
To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to email@example.com. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Also the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following: "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification" this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable quality, this includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.
