RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you need to return any items to us for any reason, let us know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com so we can expect your package. Please return your item to us within14 days from receipt for a refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods made to a customer’s specification, this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone, fabric and wallpaper orders, some seasonal items are also exempt.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable quality, this includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days.
Unless the product is faulty (see below), all goods returned for other reasons will be at the buyer’s expense.
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We, therefore, strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained from the post office (free of charge) when returning any part of your order.
If you have received your item and believe it to be faulty then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or replacement.
We will cover the cost of returning items we agree were delivered damaged or are defective. Return postage costs over £10 must be agreed to by ourselves prior to returning to us.
If after 90 days, a fault occurs with the item, then we will endeavor to provide a replacement item, refund the item or to mend the item. Returns postage for faulty items after 90 days must be paid by the customer.
If we deem the item to have no fault or that this fault has occurred since leaving us then we will refund the items cost but not the delivery costs.
If we do not have the stock available to offer a replacement then an automatic refund will be made.

Full Interior Design Service
Our full interior design service starts with a 1 hour in-store Interior design consultation. During this appointment we will discuss with you the areas in your house you would like to address, your style and preferred colours. We will show you fabrics and wallpapers, to have a better idea of your likes and dislikes. A designer will visit you in your home to get the full picture of your needs and see the full potential of your home. We will bring samples to see how your preferred colours translate in your space. During the visit we will take photographs and measurements. Following our visit to your home, we will invite you back into the studio where we will present you with our suggested schemes. Working with you and your feedback we will produce a design tailor-made for you. We will once again visit you in your home with all the samples to confirm your choices. From £250.

We specialise in hand-finished, interlined curtains made to measure. With over 20 years of experience, our team will work closely with you from start to finish. From the moment you decide to invest in a pair of new curtains, we’ll look after you with an unrivalled personal service and ensure that you receive beautiful, perfectly fitted curtains.
Custom Made Blinds
We make and fit all manner of blinds for your home, from smart roller and roman blinds to unique image-printed blinds. We also supply Venetian blinds in wood or metal and Plantation Shutters. Visit our Saffron Walden shop and our expert staff will help you choose the right blind for your home.
Once you have chosen your fabric, we will visit you at home or on site to measure up, offer advice and talk through any further ideas you have. Shortly after you will receive a detailed quote from us usually by email and if you choose to go ahead, we’ll be able to advise the timeline for your curtain project.
Fitting Your Curtains
You are in safe hands with our team of expert fitters. Each one is a master of their craft. Your curtain designer will allocate a time suitable to you to have your new curtains fitted and on the day our fitters will arrive, fit your curtains and or pole and leave your home clean and neat with the addition of beautiful new curtains. Delivery and installation of made to order curtains and blinds can range from six to ten weeks depending on project size and requirement.
